Clients Ask Us, "Do I Really Need an Attorney?"

You need a family law attorney who concentrates on divorce, custody and paternity matters when your case is in Hampshire County. When you want out of your marriage, you don't want to be away from your children, and you don't want to be hurt financially or emotionally. That's why you are well-advised to find a firm that knows the courthouses inside-and-out.

Hampshire County provides several options for dissolving a marriage, and rather than taking the contested track, some parties would rather work together in making all of the important decisions about how to end their marriage instead of having Judge Perlman, Judge Wilson, or Judge Rainaud arbitrarily decide how to divide your property and debts retirement and how much time each parent should spend with the children. A Local Hampshire County Divorce Lawyer Can Make THE Difference in Your Case

Massachusetts divorce cases are handled at the local level. Although the law is the same throughout the Commonwealth, individualized judges and courthouses interpret the law and handle certain procedures a little differently from the others. For that reason, it is very important that you work with a divorce attorney with experience advocating and defending family law matters in the Hampshire County Probate and District Court.

From our regional offices in Springfield and Worcester, and our offices in Hadley and Belchertown, we represent clients throughout all stages of the divorce process. This includes the drafting and filing of the initial divorce action, drafting Motions for Temporary Orders, drafting discovery requests, drafting appropriate responsive pleadings, drafting Pre-Trial Memorandums and attending all Court hearings including motion hearings, Pre-Trial Conferences and trial dates.

No Matter How Complicated Your Case Is, We Can Help. Call Us.

For a free, no-obligation consultation, call (800) 941-DIVORCE or contact us online. When you arrive at your meeting, an attorney best suited for your case will review the facts of your matter, explain the divorce process specific to the judge and courthouse where your matter will be heard, and help you make a plan of action that improves your chances of an equitable settlement and winning resolution of your case.
